30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Clairvene offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

FIRST-TIME PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to a customer's first purchase of a specific Clairvene product. If you have previously purchased the same product, additional purchases of that product are not eligible for refunds. This guarantee is limited to one refund per product, per customer, household, shipping address, and payment method.

OPENED PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

To allow customers to try our products with confidence, one opened bottle of an eligible product may qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, provided the bottle contains at least 50% of the original contents at the time the refund request is submitted.

If multiple bottles of the same product were purchased in a single order, only one opened bottle may be eligible for a refund. Any additional bottles must remain unopened, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

MULTIPLE BOTTLE ORDERS

For orders containing multiple bottles of the same product, any additional bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds for opened bottles beyond the first eligible bottle.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to verify the issue before providing a replacement or refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
